Tasty and quick service, pricey bagels though otherwise superb!

good bagels but staff needs better training or a change up. I've been here about 5 times now and each time the staff look half awake or they just don't seem to care about the line up forming.The guy making the bagel just gives you a blank stare when he clearly sees people waiting for a cashier/helper. The other two staff are busy chatting with each other or facing their back at the till.It shouldn't take me 5 minutes to have to order a dozen bagels to go when there are no queue in the food order.

It’s a pretty good bagel, in fact tasty & warm which is key! BUT the bagels are so small, didn’t know I was paying $7 bucks for a bagel I would give to a youth. Paid extra like $12 for a breakfast one and it was so messy. Bigger bagels, we would def come back but maybe we’ll try another bagel store before landing on this one again. Great potatoe wedges, worth all the monies 😂Agreed on staff comments, kinda lacks customer service.

Visited from California and found an amazing bagel place with wonderful friendly staff. We stopped by this place three days in a row! Highly recommend the Rosemary Rocksalt with Pesto cream cheese. We also tried the lox bagel - totally Yum!...and the smoked meat...also very good! I’m bringing some love back home to share with family.

Amazing bagels. Got 4 dozen fancy bagels. My kid and I love them. Great location. Free parking and very polite counter help.

This place is a great alternative to a ‘fast food’ lunch. Super tastee bagels and lots of options to choose from. My Dad lives in the interior and makes me buy 48 bagels at a time for him - he then puts them in his freezer and works his way through his bagel stash. Check this place out - my favourite is the smoked salmon and caper ‘Steveston’ on a sesame bagel.

Nice little restaurant/bakery with a very cool "local" feel. Delicious bagel sandwiches, home baked chips, and waffle fries!

Ordered Strathcona sandwich. Tasty. While waiting, interesting seeing how they prep the bagels before baking in the open brick oven. Would take a pic but staff would be in the picture. Overall, staff was pleasant, quick to make sandwich and even delivered to me while sitting in their limited seating area. Prices may scare some but it was worth it. Cant wait to build my appetite for a large Montreal smoke meat sandwich.

Average. Arrived in the afternoon, most bagels listed weren’t available to purchase, staff seemed like they just wanted to go home. My poppyseed bagel wasn’t over the top either. I hope to try this place again and change my rating.
